The Link Between Curiosity and Emotional Resilience

Curiosity is a cognitive and emotional drive characterized by the desire to acquire new knowledge, explore unfamiliar phenomena, and resolve informational gaps. Curiosity is particularly powerful when navigating difficult or uncertain situations. By focusing on questions rather than conclusions, curiosity allows us to approach adversity with a sense of exploration rather than fear.

Curiosity, by definition, helps us embrace diverse perspectives.
