APPROACH & MORE ABOUT ME
I have worked with adolescents, young adults and adults for over 20 years now. I use an integrative approach to therapy, meaning depending on my clients' unique needs, pull from many different types of therapy modalities and techniques, such as, attachment theory, solution focused and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I help people better understand their feelings and triggers as well as work on developing a more positive, cohesive sense of self.
I am also interested in the emerging field of nutritional psychiatry and discuss the impact of nutrition on mental health as well. I believe my clients feel deeply supported by me and leave with a feeling of hope, with a plan of how to both "make sense of " and move forward in their lives.
