Navigating life and change can be challenging. Often times we need someone to help guide us through personal growth and transformation. My goal is to fully integrated the whole person, building on the strengths and values you possess whether you are working life transitions, depression, health related, relationship or parenting issues. I enjoy collaborating with clients while helping them gain insight into their own process to help them reach a place of balance and harmony in their life.

Tahoe Forest Hospital Behavioral Health: Working with youth, families and community partners in addressing behavioral needs for youth in the community.
Mental Health Crisis Specialist for Sierra Mental Wellness Group at Tahoe Forest Hospital. Providing mental health crisis evaluation for individuals in mental health crisis and in need of crisis stabilization.
Tahoe Truckee Suicide Prevention Coalition outreach coordinator. Provided community outreach and education on suicide prevention in the community and schools.
Renown Medical Center, Medical Social Worker primarily in the Emergency Department and Cancer Nursing Unit. Provided psychosocial assessment to patients and implement treatment plans.
