APPROACH & MORE ABOUT ME

As an experienced psychologist, I’ve helped numerous clients from pre-adolescents to adults in dealing with anxiety, stress, trauma, loneliness, depression, grief and relational issues. As a meditation/yoga teacher, I blend psychology with various mind-body therapies to assist clients in gaining holistic tools for managing the tough times. Treatment typically begins with traditional psychotherapy but can also include integrative therapies (meditation & breathwork) for those interested.

I have 25 years experience as a clinical psychologist. I work with clients in a collaborative manner; assisting them in lessening anxiety, depression, and self-doubt. I assist them in gaining greater self-confidence, joy, and happiness. Together we can create a plan for your success using the tools of holistic psychology, ACT, mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I work with clients ages 12 and above.
