I draw from a breadth of professional and life experience as well as clinical training in working in intensive outpatient settings, schools and in private practice. I work with Individuals, Couples, Parents and Families. I work with Anxiety, ADHD, Codependency, Attachment issues, Self-empowerment, Life stage transitions, Family relational issues, Couples relational distress, Parent support.

I appreciate the uniqueness of each person's distress. I appreciate the role of generational & cultural gaps in families & relationships which contribute to distress. I work with individuals who are eager to bring change and improve the quality of their life. My hope is to help my clients feel empowered and live a fulfilling life they deserve to live.
